MEMBERSHIP

• Any customer of a participating Cottage Shop store may apply to become a member of The Cottage Club.

• Members must keep their personal information up-to-date by reporting any changes in name, address, etc. in writing to The Cottage Shop store nearest them or by mailing it to the corporate office: P.O. Box 99, Manteo, NC 27954, Attn: The Cottage Club.

PRIVACY AGREEMENT

Please Note: The Cottage Shop and its parent company Kellogg Supply Company, Inc. value the privacy of its customers. Your personal information will only be used for purposes related to The Cottage Club program, and may include contacting you with special offers and coupons by mail, telephone or email. We do not sell or release your personal information to any other company.

PARTICIPATION

• No purchase is necessary for membership in The Cottage Club. SandDollar Points are earned based on purchases (10 points for every dollar in purchases at any participating Cottage Shop store.) Your Cottage Club card must be presented at the time of purchase in order to earn points on that purchase.

• Calculation of Points excludes payment of all federal, state, local or other taxes.

• In the event of refunds, checks returned due to insufficient funds or disputed credit card charges; any SandDollar Points awarded on those purchases will be deducted.

• Purchases of any products at participating Cottage Shop stores will earn points, excluding the purchase of Gift Certificates.

• Participation in The Cottage Club’s sponsored programs (e.g., newsletters, member-only events, etc.) is open to all members.

• The Cottage Shop reserves the right to deactivate any member without notification should that member cease to use Cottage Club identification at a participating store for a period of twelve months or more.

AWARDS

• The Cottage Shop will convert all earned points into SandDollar Certificates, which will be mailed directly to members quarterly.

• SandDollars may be used by members at participating Cottage Shop stores as credit towards their next purchase. SandDollar Certificates redeemed are not eligible for Cottage Club points.

• Points will be earned on the balance after the SandDollars have been redeemed and before taxes have been added. SandDollar Certificates will be valid for one year from date of issue.

• At the time that a member’s points are converted to SandDollar Certificates, any unused points will be rolled over toward the next SandDollar Certificate. Similarly, if a customer has not accumulated enough points to earn a SandDollar Certificate, the accumulated points will be applied toward the next certificate.

• SandDollar Certificates must be redeemed in full at the time of redemption; change will not be given. SandDollar Certificates may not be exchanged for cash and may not be used as payment on an account.

• SandDollar Certificates are issued 4 times a year (quarterly) for members who have 2,500 points or greater. For every 2,500 points = $5

• SandDollar Certificate. Remaining or unused points carry over to the next quarter.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The Cottage Shop reserves the right to alter, limit, modify, restrict or cancel The Cottage Club at any time with or without notice.

• The Cottage Shop stores reserve the right to alter the program and its benefits at its discretion and by each store’s manager when necessary.

• Kellogg Supply Co., Inc., the parent company of The Cottage Shop reserves the right to enroll its commercial/contractor accounts in The Cottage Club.

• Any abuse of The Cottage Club program or any misrepresentation may subject members to exclusion from the program.

• Points for a member as reflected in The Cottage Shop records shall be deemed correct. The Cottage Shop reserves the right to determine the number of points earned on any transaction.
